Stannum.net has existed since March 2002, but the weblog is three months younger. In the beginning, everything was written in Notepad and posted to the site using a very basic PHP script. However, the site has been powered by Wordpress since July 2005.
Stannum.net has been XHTML-compliant since December 12, 2002.
The site has been rendered in pastel, blue, black, red, more blue, more black, white, more blue (plus a cool turtle), and more red. The current Wordpress theme is Lifeblood 2.0, and was built by the site owner using CSS, DIV tags, Notepad, Adobe Photoshop and some really big asterisks. Fonts used are Verdana, Helvetica and/or Arial, depending on visitors’ machines. The fonts used in the current logo are Scriptina and Home Remedy, which were both found on DaFont.
Stannum.net moved to Free-Space.Net on April 28, 2008, after six months on WebsitesNetwork.com and more than five years with Cybertoad Networks. Thanks to all my hosts, for everything that was and everything that is to come.
