Some people never learn
Those who go to so much time and trouble to distance themselves from others, and then still blame the latter when things go wrong: Stay away. Those you left are well rid of you.
Those who say and do things to hurt other people, and are surprised, nay, shocked when they’re hurt in return: Shut up. People have enough troubles of their own, without having to endure your yapping.
Those who get what they want, and then complain when it’s not all it’s cracked up to be: You got it, didn’t you? Now live with it.
Those who judge everyone else, without getting or acknowledging the facts as opposed to their own opinions: Wake up. The only one you’re embarrassing is yourself.
Those who have selective memories, in which everyone else is out to get them or whatever can be squeezed from them: See a doctor. Alzheimer’s at your age is a very bad thing.
Those who are defensive because they can’t admit they’re wrong: Enough already. Everyone knows it was your fault anyway.
Those who project their hang-ups, motives and issues onto others: Talk to your mirror. You might actually learn something.
Those who think their money gives them the right to look down on others: Keep your moolah. Maybe it will console you when everything else is gone.
Those who whine about the hard time they’re having, never realizing that they have the best of everything: Grow up. Get a life.
