Due Process, huh? Why didn’t those SWATters exercise the applicable Due Process while discharging their guns, er, duties? In other words, why didn’t they follow their so-called Rules of Engagement? What if they’d actually killed someone, say that five-year-old girl? Would there be as much yammering about Due Process for them, if they had?
Ah, but The Investigation will give us the answers to those questions, yes?
So be it. But get it done ASAP. The victimes have something due them, too. An apology, for starters.
